Privacy policy (draft)
This is a draft — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. Square brackets [ ] mark what is not settled. The text describes what the program and the subscription service really do; the items and wording the law asks for are filled in after the review. The Korean text will be the binding one.
1. In short
- Turbrix processes data on your own PC. The data read from your databases and files, the results, the addresses, accounts and passwords of your databases, your workflows and file names do not come to us.
- The free edition has no account, and we receive no personal data from it.
- The paid edition gives us the minimum needed to check a subscription (section 2).
2. What we receive and what it is used for
| Data | When | Used for | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| The identifier of the Google account, the e-mail address | when you sign in with Google | knowing who subscribes; contact about the subscription | until you delete the account. Without a subscription and without a sign-in for 12 months it is erased. |
| The kind of subscription (monthly / yearly) and its end | when a subscription is switched on or changed | switching the paid edition on | with the account |
| A value that tells your PCs apart, the kind of operating system, the version of the program, the first and the last check | when Turbrix checks the subscription | letting one subscription be used on up to 3 PCs | until the PC is released, or 30 days after its last check has ended |
| A value that stands for being signed in | when you sign in | keeping you signed in | until you sign out. Unused, it goes after 60 days (12 hours on this site), and after one year at the latest. |
| The internet address (IP) you connect from | when you reach this site or the subscription service | the access log; stopping floods of requests | the access log: 30 days |
The "value that tells your PCs apart" is a one-way value (a hash) made from the device identifier of the operating system. We do not receive the name of the PC, its hardware or the user name.
Not received: your name, your picture, a password (our service has none), anything else of the Google account, payment card details.
3. Sign-in with Google
Google does the sign-in. We ask Google only for "who" (the identifier) and the e-mail address, check the proof Google gives and drop it. We get no permission to reach into your Google account.
4. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies a sign-in needs (10 minutes while signing in, 12 hours while signed in). There is no advertising or analytics cookie and no tracker, and no font or script is loaded from another company.
5. Payment
For now payment is checked by a person. What is used for it (such as the name of the sender) [to be settled: the items kept and for how long, including the records the law requires].
6. Others who handle or receive data
- Sign-in: Google [to be settled: the wording the law requires].
- Running the site and the subscription service: [to be settled: the hosting company and the location].
- Beyond that, personal data is not sold and not used for advertising.
7. What you can do
- On My subscription you see what we hold (the e-mail address, the subscription, the PCs), release a PC and delete the account. Deleting the account erases the data of section 2.
- Anything else: turbrix@seizia.com
- [to be settled: the person responsible for privacy, how to use your rights, where to complain]
8. How it is protected
- This site and the subscription service talk only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- The value that stands for being signed in is stored as a one-way value, not as it is.
- The screen on which subscriptions are managed is not open to the internet, and what is done on it is recorded.
9. Who we are
SEIZIA [to be settled: company name, representative, address, business registration number, contact]
Drafted 2026-10-11. [to be settled: the date it takes effect]
