This is a draft — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. Square brackets [ ] mark what is not settled. What follows describes how the product really works; the sentences about rights and duties are settled after the review. The Korean text will be the binding one.

1. What these terms are about

These terms are about the desktop program Turbrix (the free and the paid edition) and its subscription. Enterprise — installed inside a company and shared by many people — follows its own contract.

2. The free edition

  • It is used without a sign-in.
  • Limits: 1,000,000 rows read by one run, 1 schedule, 5 source connections, 3 joins in one workflow. It is not slowed down.

3. The paid edition (subscription)

  • Price: 29,000 KRW a month or 290,000 KRW a year. [to be settled: how value added tax is shown]
  • A subscription belongs to one Google account. One subscription is for one person, on up to 3 PCs.
  • Turbrix checks the subscription when it is connected to the internet. Without internet it stays the paid edition for 14 days after the last check.

4. When a subscription ends

The program goes back to the free edition. The sources, workflows, schedules and results you made are not deleted; only what is over the free limits cannot be used. It all works again when you subscribe again.

5. Your data

Turbrix processes data on your own PC. The data it processes, the results and the connection details of your databases do not come to us and are not kept by us. Keeping and backing up that data, and who may reach it, are yours to manage. What we do receive is written in the privacy policy (draft).

6. What is not allowed

7. The program and its updates

The Windows installer carries the code signature of its publisher, Seizia. Get the installer from this site only. [to be settled: updates and the scope of support]
